Mindwell Support Groups and Counselling
“Mindwell Leeds” is a charity that offers a whole range of guidance on mental wellbeing and other issues such as domestic violence and bereavement.
They offer a varied range of peer support groups with the aim of bringing together people with similar experiences so they can help and encourage each other.
They also offer self-referral to counselling sessions for discussion around personal experiences and issues with a person who is trained to listen in a safe and confidential environment.
