Your Child May Be Able to Receive Extra Support
At Rosebank Primary School and Nursery, we want every child to have the best possible start.
Some families may be able to apply for:
- Free School Meals
- Early Years Pupil Premium (EYPP)
- Support for families with NRPF
- Disability Access Fund (DAF)
- Support if you are self employed
These applications are:

✔ Confidential ✔ Will not affect your benefits in any way
Free School Meals (FSM)
This may help with school meal costs and provides extra funding for your child’s education.
You may qualify if:
- You receive certain benefits
- You live with friends or relatives
- You are a foster carer
- Your child attends a Leeds school
Early Years Pupil Premium (EYPP)
Extra nursery funding for children aged 9 months–4 years.
This can help provide:
- Speech and language support
- Extra learning activities
- Small group support
- Educational resources
Free Early Education for 2-Year-Olds (NRPF Families)
Families with No Recourse to Public Funds (NRPF) may still be able to apply for 15 hours of funded early education for their two-year-old child.
Please complete this form only if this applies to your family. All sections must be completed and the declaration signed. Supporting evidence will also be required.
NRPF Free School Meals
Some families with No Recourse to Public Funds may still be eligible for free school meals.
Please complete the NRPF application form if this applies to your family.
Disability Access Fund (DAF)

Nursery funding for children receiving Disability Living Allowance (DLA).
This funding helps nurseries support children with additional needs.
Self-Employment Declaration Form
For self-employed parents applying for free school meals.

- Universal Credit information
- Tax return or income records
